The PAX got together in the last few hours of 70-degree weather before Churham was expected to turn into a scorcher. This was Week 2 of the Triple Play/Grand Slam Challenge. Two PAX who did the Grand Slam challenge the prior week were back for more.

The Thang:

We partnered up and headed to the loading dock for The Thang.

Round 1:
One PAX did 14 dips and 14 step ups onto the loading dock, while his partner bear crawled around the track. Once the PAX doing dips and step-ups finished, he moseyed to his partner, and they switched places. We continued on until we made it all the way around the track.
Round 2:
One PAX did a mosey around the track while his partner did as many burpees as he could by the loading dock. When he got back, they switched places and he did burpees while his partner moseyed. Each did 1 lap total.
Round 3:
One PAX did 20 WW2s by the loading dock, while his partner lunge walked around the track. When he finished, he tagged his partner and they switched places. And so on, until they made it all the way around the track.
Round 4:
Repeat of Round 2, but the partner who ran the first time, did burpees first this time.

After that we moseyed over to the basketball courts.

This was not an easy workout, and all the PAX gave it their all. Great push by everyone to start the week right.
