Fourteen PAX gathered shortly before sunrise for what was the second day of the Triple Play Challenge or the third day of the Grand Slam challenge, depending on how you want to count.

The Thang:

We moseyed to the street for a ladder exercise, in which we stepped down from 10 reps of a set of exercises. We did 10 reps of one exercise, moseyed to the next streetlight, did 10 reps of the next exercise, moseyed to the next street light, and so on. After the last streetlight, we moseyed back to the first and repeated the set with 9 reps each, and so on. The exercises were:

1. Shoulder tap merkins
2. WW2s
3. Plank Jacks (IC)
4. Bobby Hurleys
5. Burpees

The PAX did rungs 10 and 9 of the ladder all together, and then we went OYO for the rest. While simple on paper, it was a tough but rewarding workout, and the PAX pushed hard throughout. We headed back to Mary after all PAXs had made it down to about 3 reps or less.
