Inflation–more currency is needed to purchase the same goods or services over time. Also could be used to describe inflating waste lines or inflating egos. POTUS has a plan to fight inflation by raising interest rates. We fought inflation by raising our body weights. The goods or services, you ask? 5 pull ups. The inflating currency? Read on to find out.

Warmup
– SSH x 20 IC
– High knees x 10 IC
– Butt kickers x 10 IC
– Slow merkins x 10 IC
– WMH x 10 IC
– Arm circles x 12 IC (forward and backward)

The Main Event
– Mosied over to the pull up bars for 5 reps (only cost us a warmarama!)
– Mosy to the field for Balls to the Wall ring of fire (5 merkins each PAX … with 16 of us, it added up), then People's Chair ROF with 5 squat jumps)
– Back to the pull up bars for 5 reps ("We earned it!")
– Back to the field for Fox Holes. YHC couldn't remember the finer points of the Foxhole, so Scapula lent a hand by calling the first half. 30 Foxholes around the midfield
– Back to the pull up bars for 5 reps ("We earned it!". Really felt it in our wallets)
– Back to midfield for a Hightower and maximum inflation.

During the workout YHC failed to explain the Hightower, so here's the background:
Hightower (https://f3nation.com/exicon/entry/25850/?gvid=398721) refers to a routine in honor of Myrtle Beach police officer and F3 brother "Hightower" and Matthew 5:9 "Blessed are the peacemakers":
9 reps of 5 exercises:
1. 9 standard burpees
2. 9 Bodybuilders (burpee with plank jack at the bottom)
3. 9 triple hand release merkin burpees
4. 9 triple squat jump burpees
5. 9 all combined (that would be triple hand release plank jack triple squat jump burpees)

– Back to the pull up bars for 5 more reps ("We earned it!" Basically emptied the bank account to buy these last ones)

Mary
– Lateral crunches or whatever they're called. Elbow to opposite knee x 20 SC each knee
– YHC's signature fire hydrants x 10 SC each leg
– Approximation of a Steinl, with some high plank and merkins x 5, "bows-n-toes", plank jacks x 5, knee outside elbow then chest then opposite elbow (peter parker to parker peter) x 5 each leg
– 10 nice and slow good mornings
