Standard Warmarama (SSH, imperial walkers, hillbillies, arm circles, michael phelps), followed by 5 penalty wolverines for late pax.
Starter course: pax moseyed to grab some steel for Steel 45s (15 bottom to mid bicep curls, 15 mid to too curls, 15 full range curls), and 10 CPRs (Curl, overhead Press, tricep Raise(extension).
Then to the church stairs for the main course: an attempt at the walls of Jericho. 7 exercises done for 7 reps. At the end of the 7 exercises, run a lap around the church. Repeat 7 times.
Exercises: burpees, squat jumps, crunchy frog, merkins, sit through, reverse lunge, LBCs
We battled hard but ultimately time was not on our side and only 6 sets were completed.
