THE THANG:
Mosey lap around the bus loop, then a bernie lap around the bus loop.
The theme for the day is pick up the six. The rest of the workout consisted of moving back and forth between the two painted "islands" in the main parking lot. Do exercises A and B at the first island, move to the far island with the prescribed mode of travel, repeat exercises A and B, then return to the first island. Pick up the six after each round.
First round deviated slightly – it was just broad jump/traveling burpees to the far island, then mosey back, picking up the six.
Remaining rounds were as follows:
* 10 diamond merkins, 10 jump squats, karyoke to far island (facing school). 10 diamond merkins, 10 jump squats, karyoke back (facing school).
* 10 walkout/inchworm merkin to tuck jump, bear crawl across parking lot, 10 walkout merkin to tuck jump, crawl bear back
* 10 wide arm merkins, 10 step back lunge to knee raise, mosey, 10 wide arm merkins, 10 step back lunge to knee raise, mosey back
*10 merkin to alternating bird dog, 10 pop squats, sneaky gorilla across lot, 10 merkin to alternating bird dog, 10 pop squats, sneaky gorilla back (face school both directions)
*10 merkin to superman plank, 10 curtsy squats, bunny hop across lot, 10 merkin to superman planks, 10 curtsy squats, reverse bunny hop back
