Typical Warmarama

Moab is one I thought of in honor of Mother's Day. This is the M.other O.f A.ll B.eatdowns. It's an upper body burner. Here is the workout.

We grabbed our blocks and headed towards a little shelter from the light drizzle.

The M from the Mother is a Merkin Medley. We started with 10 Mike Tysons, 10 inchworms, 10 Crackin Merkins, 5 Yanni Merkin right hand, 5 Yanni Merkin left hand. 10 accountability merkins with a partner.

The O is some overhead work. 10 overhead presses with the block, 10 overhead claps, 10 seal claps, 10 squat overhead claps, 10 squat seal claps.

The A is the Arnolds. 10 of those.

B- is a bicep burnout and some blockies. We did one minute bicep burners and 5 blockies OYO.

We completed 2 full rounds of this.

We went to the picnic tables and added some dips and split squats. 10 of each of those and repeated it.

We then went back to the startex and completed one abbreviated round of the Ms. A set of 5 Mike Tysons, 5 Inchworms, 5 Yannis each side, 5 accountability merkins.

Mary: We finished out with 50 LBCs and then a quiet reflection on the oldest most important mother figure in our lives. We finished off with 10 dying cockroaches.

If your family puts the fun in dysFUNctional as mine does, your family has had some doozies of ups and downs but the reality is none of us would be here without our mothers so this workout is a tribute to all those important women in our lives.
