Very excited to take my first Q after becoming co-site Q at TBR.

We warmed up quickly on Hooker Field before heading over to the site of the ACC Women's Lacrosse Championship which UNC did end up winning, so all I can say to that is that F3 brought the good vibes.

Moseyed over to the far corner of the Stadium where we broke into two groups.

Group 1 went to the Stairs for 11s
1 Burpee at the Top // Stairs Down //10 Merkins/Derkins/Erkins (Dealers Choice at the bottom) // Stairs Up
2 Burpees // 9 Merkins
and so on and so on…
(55 Total Burpees for the May Challenge)

Group 2 went to the Turf Hill at the back corner of the stadium
1 Carolina Dry Dock at the Top // Stairs Down // 10 WWIIs // Hill Up
2 CDD at the Top // 9 WWIIs
and son on and so on

After the first round we reconvened in the back corner for 10 minutes of 10 exercises at 1 minute each with no stopping.
Counting was the biggest challenge here but we made it happen

Group 2 went to the Stairs. Group 1 Went to the hills

With 5 minutes left we reconvened for 30 seconds each of the ten exercises to finish it out.

YHC realized half way through that he was staring at a used condom during his Mountain Climbers and Merkins….yummy!

YHC took the past Mon-Fri off to give my mind and body a chance to recover and catch up on some sleep and avoid what felt like some pending injury proneness.
Two things learned:
1) We need to listen to our body and take a break
2) It is hard to do a workout after 5 days resting
