Thank you Flapjack for the invitation to Q at the vaunted Rameses! Whenever I think or Rameses, I think of old school F3, so I tried to plan accordingly for today's workout.

THE THANG
Everyone partnered up at the bottom of Tar Heel Warrior Mountain (THWM), and got ready for a Dora +. One partner ran up THWM (from the bottom gate) up to the tree line the other partner did the work:
50 Burpees
100 Merkins (shortened run to keep reps low and form good)
200 LBCs
300 Squats
When everyone finished, we found a spot on the tennis court for a set of Balls to the Wall based exercises and the People's Chair. The sequence:
Balls to the Wall – 6 count Ring of Fire
People's Chair – 12 count Ring of Fire
Australian Mountain Climbers – 10 IC
People's Chair – 6 county Ring of Fire
Hip Slappers- 10 IC

MARY
6" leg hold – 6 count Ring of Fire
