I love a good Q-Soup. With the right recipe of exercises, by the end all PAX will feel satisfied and full. Today was no exception.
Warmarama: SSH, WMH, IW, Hillbilly, Slow Merkins

The Thang:
-Big Kat lead a Tabata (various excellent exercises 10 seconds on 10 seconds off)

-Slug lead an abbreviated Dora (50 burpees 100 flutters while partners ran suicides)

-Boiler Room lead 3 sets of rows and Johnny dramas
-Uzi lead us up the street by various forms of travel to do some peoples chair while each PAX took turns doing 10 merkins

-Vice lead some split leg squats, derkins, and erkins
-Elwood circled us up for some ascending overhead claps and merkins
Mosey
-Nightshift lead some ascending squats and lunges
-Mueller and Foghorn Leghorn finished us off by taking us to the pull-up bar and each PAX took turns calling out exercises while they did a rep of pull-ups.
