Main Event:
Mosey to pull up and monkey bars for Murph training. All pax complete 4 rounds of 1 minute of each the following exercises:
Pull ups/ dead hangs
Merkins
Squats
Run a lap after each round. Pick up the six before beginning next round.
All pax run a mile (4 laps). Pick up the six.
Meet back at the bars for all pax to complete 4 rounds of 1 minute of each the following exercises:
Dead hangs
HR Merkins
Jump Squats
We shortened the above to two rounds because we ran out of time and ran one final lap to get a total of two miles in.
