Mosey around parking lot back to entrance. Start Ricky Bobby out if Parking lot with person in back doing 2 burpees. Stop 50 years from back entrance and switch to bear crawl Ricky Bobby. Circle up at back entrance for Smurf Jacks and Flutter Kicks.

Mosey to bottom of hill for 7's. Burpees/Squat Jumps

Mosey to the walls behind school for 3 sets of dips (20 – 15 – 10) mosey to big hill and crab walk backwards up it. (I hate/love crab walks)

Mosey towards traffic circle but stop for peoples chair ring of fire. Person on end does 5 air squats and runs to end of the line while everyone holds…etc…

At traffic circle everyone in erkin formation to plank walk around circle. Person on farthest left does 5 erkins them sprints to beginning of line so on and so forth. Repeat in opposite direction.

Mosey to curb in front of school for 30 toe taps IC

4 sets of dips (20-15-10-5) and 3 sets of step ups at picnic tables.
