Delayed meeting this month due to members traveling/conflicts but still getting together to check in and continue working toward moving forward for the next 43 feet

We convened as was part of the plan set out for this year. Important to note we convened not as an authoritarian group of leaders but rather as members of the Churham PAX starting off by checking in with each other; Emphasis on the different aspects that are F3 seen in our community were shared by all.
We started the meeting with a general pulse check of what we have heard and seen around the region and celebrated some wins from our last meeting. There have been 2 new AOs launched since we last met and excitement about new sites or workout types are in the works. Kings Dominion celebrated 3 years with brisket and coffee. Several SLT members have commented that each AO (or group of AOs) within our region has its own culture (yes we have regional differences within Churham). What has been observed are strengths in welcoming, picking up the 6 and standing up/stepping up for the F3 Community and those that we are associated with. The AOQ Questionnaire was out for ~ 1 week prior to the meeting with significant response to better help the SLT identify how it can be a helpful body to the larger group by identifying areas of strength or areas where we need help as identified by the local AO leadership level (should go without being said but I will say it anyway, If you have a question concern reach out to any of the SLT members). There is ongoing effort to make the BB process more clear (archivable, searchable) and more effective for getting data out (attendance, those who may be missed, FNG tracking) much of this is a behind the scenes effort to maximize the technology we already have in place without making things redundant. The SLT before us and greater F3 Nation has gone to great effort to create resources and we are now tasked with making them more accessible to everyone. Continue the effort to invite more FNGs as we have been strong throughout the start of the year.
