The warmup continued with one mosey lap around the field
The Thang
6 stations all with one medium heavy coupon (no coupon on the run) stations – 30 merkins , 30 over head presses , 30 squats , 30 flitters , 30 curls and one lap run. Each station change required a trip to the middle come with 12 burpees then descending on down to complete two circuits
YHC brought , of course , the. 90s tunes to keep us rolling
Finished right at 5 til COT so we Moises back up the hill and the completion of two full circuits
Had time for 2 minutes of MARY – Dollies and High Dollies in succession
