For my 41 first trip round the sun, I reacquainted (or introduced for a lucky few) the PAX with Dora's pal, B.O.M.B.S. However, before we bombed away we had to limber up.
Warmarama:
41 cadence side shuffle hops
10 imperial squat walkers
10 tempo Willie Mays Hayes
10 cadence arm circles (each direction)
1 burpee, for fun, before the
ME: with a partner, alternating between the BOMB activity and a mosey around the parking lot, complete the following
B. – 50 Burpees
O. – 100 Overhead claps/press
M. – 150 Merkins
B. – 200 Big Boy Situps
S. – 250 Squats.
The PAX were so efficient with their activities, we had extra time, and with that remaining time, we did an OYO circuit of 3 sets of Copenhagens (https://fitnessdrum.com/copenhagen-planks/) (5/side), Side Plank w/ leg lift (5/side), and American Hammers (10 per side, weight plate optional).
Mary consisted of:
10 Frozen Freddies
15 Heels to Heaven
15 Peter Parkers
And because I meant Parker Peters, we then did 15 Parker Peters.
The last couple minutes consisted of stretching; downward dog, runners stretch, cobra.
