Burpee Dan – At top of hill, facing stadium, take 4 reverse lunge steps, then 2 burpees. Continue the 4:2 ratio down to the bottom of the hill, then repeat back up the doing 4 forward lunge steps and 2 burpees.

Mosey to field

DMC – From the goal line Duck walk to the 10 yard line, 5 merkins, crawl bear back to goal line. Repeat duck walk to the 20, 30, 40 and 50 yardlines, stopping for 5 merkins each time and returning via crawl bear.

Inch Worm N'Diayes – Line up at the goal line in plank, inch feet up until you are in a pike position, then inch hands out back into plank. Perform a makhtar N'Diayes, Repeat process of inching feet up, hands out and makhtar N'Diayes until the 20 yard line.

Mosey to the 50. Going to the far endline, perform Lt. Dan. A Squat and 2 Single-leg Lunge combination in ascending rep counts of each. We made it to 12 lunges/6 squats.

Indian Crab Walk – Starting in the end zone, line up single file toward mid-field while in crabwalk position. Person in the endzone crabwalks to the front of the line in the middle. Remaining pax perform crabcakes until their turn to crabwalk. Continue until the 50.

At the 50, going back to the other endzone, perform Lt. Get Ups, which is two lunges forward followed by a prisoner get up.

Head to stadium stairs for merkin mountain. Each pax has their own stairs, and in irkin position up the stairs, perform 1 irkin. Bear crawl up the stairs until your feet are where your hands were, then perform 2 irkins. Continue bear crawling up the stairs, adding 1 more merkin each time the feet reach the spot the hands were. Continue climbing until finishing 10 irkins.

Mosey and reconvene at the startex for Mary.
