10 pax gathered on a balmy morning to see some of the Chatham Park neighborhood. We were hot and sweaty but pressed on until the end. It went something like this:

Warm up:
Imperial squat walker 10IC

Main Event:
Ricky/Bobby mosey up the hill exiting the park with last man dropping for three candlesticks, running to the front until all pax had their turn at the front. After a 10 count, we turned around and ran back down the hill to the grass field next to the school to begin the uptown 50. Distance ran was about 1.2 miles.

At the field, the pax traveled back and forth 50 yards via the following means: Bear Crawl, Bunny Hop, Sprint, Lunge Walk, Wheelbarrow (partners switch), Nur and broad jump. Ten burpees were completed at each end starting after the Bear Crawl.
