A spot on the coveted Rameses Q sheet opened up about a month ago. YHC was privileged & honored to fill the spot.

We all have exercises and movements we tend to shy away from, especially if we do them on our own. Some of these include: pullups, lower body, sprints, & burpees. All were done this fine morn!

Thang 1 (using slope to provide modification & difficulty while keeping heads up)
Odds: lineup facing uphill towards evens
Evens: lineup facing downhill towards odds
Uphill merkins & downhill squats SC x 15 (flapjack locations)
Burpees x 10 (flapjack locations)
Uphill squat jumps & downhill explosive merkins (both starting in down position, exploding hands/feet off ground on 'up' call)
Burpees x 5 (flapjack locations)
Uphill squat jumps & downhill explosive merkins (both starting in down position, exploding hands/feet off ground on 'up' call)
Burpees x 5
Uphill bonnie blairs & downhill Blades of Steel x 10 IC (flapjack locations)

Mozy to Pullup Bars

Thang 2:
Odds vs Evens Race to 100 Pullups
Teams line up at tennis court fence, PAX 1 bear crawl to pull up bars, AMRAP pullups, run back to team, tell next up the team #, repeat
All PAX waiting in line perform various exercises of PAX choice alternating between odds and evens

Bodybuilder Sprint Hops x 3 (5 bodybuilders OYO, sprint to location, SSH x 10 IC as a group)
1) top of stairs to bottom of hill
2) bottom of hill to hilltop at gate
3) gate to top of parking lot
