Funyun & YHC had planned this Q swap for a few months. I preblasted the Jag promising snacks & Funyun called out some Vortex PAX. The morning had finally come!

The Q is a love/hate relationship for YHC. I love the Q Juice & leading the PAX but I hate the worry of fartsacking & underperforming especially at a site I've never Qd. So, here we go…

SSH X 20 IC
WMH x 10 IC
Windmills x 10 IC
10 Penalty Burpees (What time does this AO start)
LBAC x 10 IC
Reverse x 10 IC
Michael Phelps x 10 IC

ME
Mozy 1/2 lap to corner entrance

5 Bodybuilders IC
10 8count Squats IC
15 Alt Shoulder Taps
20 WWIIs (negatives IC)
25 Bent Over Flys (burpee break in the middle)
30 Apollo Ohno (burpee break in the middle)

Mozy to playground

Pull Up Ring of Fire (more like a straight line rather than a ring but not important)
2 PAX at a time perform AMRAP pullups while other PAX rotate between merkins, squat jumps, & Freddie Mercuries
x2 rounds

Mozy to Middle of Pinwheel (area between ball fields with three walkways)
Group 1 (long path): sprint to burpees x 10, mozy back
Group 2 (middle path): lunge walk to diamond merkins x 10, mozy back
Group 3 (short path): bear crawl to deep squats (cheek to bleacher) x 10, mozy back
All PAX SSH until all PAX arrived back to middle of pinwheel. Rotate CCW. Rinse & repeat x2 each station. Mountain climbers as recovery exercise 2nd time through.

Mozy back to AO
Merkin Ring of Fire: all hold plank while 1 PAX spells another's name with merkins, that PAX then repeats until all PAX have been called out & performed merkins
