THE THANG:
The Gorilla Complex – PAX perform the following OYO without stop: 8 Curls For Girls, 8 High Pulls, 8 Overhead Presses, 8 Tricep Extensions, then drop coupon for 8 Merkins. Mosey to the peninsulas half way down the parking lot and back. Rinse and Repeat 8 Times. We did the first round together, then it was OYO afterwards. Pick up the six when done.
We finished with a couple extra minutes so before putting the blocks away, we hit the legs and abs real quick.
1) Colt 45s – 15 reps of the upper half of a squat (with block), 15 reps of the lower half of a squat (with block), 15 full range of motion squats.
2) U-Boats – laying on your six with block held above your chest, lift legs up (1), contract abs and push block up towards your feet (2), return upper body/block back to starting position (3), lower feet back to ground/6" off the ground (4). x10 reps.
Return blocks and head back to StartEx for Mary.
