Mosey lap around parking lot & Traffic Circle. Partner up during mosey. 2 stopping points were identified for partner work in the parking lot. Partners were instructed to complete exercises until form failure then mosey to next stopping point and continue exercises until the partner’s collective number was reached. Then mosey to next stopping point and begin next exercise.
