Our goal this AM was an average HR of 125BPM. The method was 4 TABATA rounds. It's important to afford time for recovery between high intensity intervals like TABATAs. We had the classic recovery exercises of Bear Crawl, Crab Walk, LT Dan, and Traveling Burpees. How'd we do? FAIL, I guess? I just got this Apple Watch and the tracking is wonky! Apparently, I exercised under 6 minutes this morning. I hope the other got a full 45 minutes!
