ME:
– One lap mosey
– Movement across soccer field with 5 burpees at each line
– Crabwalk to 6
– Bear crawl to 18
– Lunge walk to midfield
– Tin soldier to 18
– Bear crawl to 6
– Crabwalk to end line
Mosey back to midfield and sprint to the end line
Over to playground for two rounds of 8 station rotation – pullups, stepups, burpees, jump lunges, Australian rows, WWIIs, squats, and curl hold
Over to bathrooms with Pax doing one set of donkey kicks and the other doing squats and then rotate. Over to picnic benches to do two rounds of step ups, core, and dips.
Back to Mary for core and stretching.
