Long warmup because, that’s the process of getting ready for the mountain.

THE THANG
Bunny slope – Mosey down The PARKWAY to the first corner. 8 SLO Squat jumps IT (3 count down and jump up) & 8 Angle Grinders & 8 Burpees OYO. Mosey back to the traffic circle. Squat Hold.

Green circle – where flat catwalks exist. Mosey back to the Pavilion/Soccer Field. So ”catwalks” = panther crawls(opposite limbs move together) SLO&STALKING (like a cat, knees low to the ground) 8 IC “rinse&repeat”. AND skiers “pole” their way around so 8 “Muzungu Shuffles” IC (imagine x-country skiers, this will be the only mention of “skiers”) & 8 burpees OYO – mosey back up to traffic circle.

Mountain talk, especially in larger groups, commonly revolves around …. “Where we going next”? Vice immediately shouted BLACK DIAMOND !! …. Nope !!

Blue square – the snowboarders proving ground – lots of gettin up & trying to get up. Mosey up to ARONIA DRIVE – 8 LBC’s IC & 8 Mtn Climbers IC “rinse&repeat” & 8 burpees OYO. Mosey back to traffic circle.

Black diamonds – 8 Diamond merks & 8 burpees OYO – mosey up and around, past the mailboxes and back to the traffic circle & 8 burpees OYO.

Double black diamond – mosey to base of grass hill behind the mailboxes.
DoubleDiamonds are difficult, so, 8 burpees OYO. Groiners (a common form of travel for novice snowboarders AND an efficient form for the advanced) up the grass hill – mosey back down. Rinse&repeat
