It has been a great week in the Northern Province. PAX are always welcoming and the turn out has been impressive. For this Q, YHC had to dip into the Lexicon.

Warmup: SSH, Harvester, WMH, IW, HB, ACs, overhead press, MCs, PP, Slow merkin

The Thang: BLIMPS
Decided to do a variation of the BLIMPS routine. Kept the exercises the same, but modified the count so that PAX did an escalator. PAX ran up 1 level of the parking deck and did 5 Burpees, 5 lunges (each leg), 5 IW (each leg), 5 merkins, 5 Plank jacks, and 5 squats. Run up another level and did 5 burpees, but increased all the other exercises by 5. Continued all the way to the top of the deck, increasing the rep count for all the exercises but the burpees (maxing out at 25 reps). Ran back down to the bottom.

Switched up all the exercises (and the counting) for the 2nd round. Instead of burpees, did ballerina squats (single count). Instead of lunges, did LBCs. Instead of IWs, did Imperial Stormkickers (cadence count). Instead of merkins, did Makthar N'Diayes; instead of Plank jacks, did peter parkers (IC), and did SSH (IC) instead of squats. Finished at the top and ran back down.
