YHC has been wanting to get back to the OG Tuesday Durham AO but I’ve become very good at coming up with excuses. A note from Cool J that he needed some extra rest and recovery time was the perfect sign I needed to step up. If I agree to Q, I (hopefully) will not miss the post. So I headed to the Owl Theory.
What a great site. I promised myself we would avoid the hills especially Murder Hill so we stayed in the actual park for the entire workout.
Warm up: The usual: SSH, squats, good mornings, Michael Phelps, arm circles, and ‘merkins.
The ME: We headed to the tables for some: Dips, ‘irkins, ‘derkins, and step ups.
The first round was 15 reps, then 10, 5 reps, and finally 1. Everyone was well warmed up by now
We then headed to the tennis courts.
Round 1- Sprint to each court’s end line and back
Round 2- Sprint to each court’s end line and do a ‘merkin, LBC, and squat and head back. My memory is a little fuzzy but I think we did 1 rep, then 2, 3, and 4 reps matching the court we were on
“recover” a 10 count per PAX People’s Chair
Round 3- Sprint to each court’s end line and do some burbees and then head back. 1 rep, 5, 10, and 15 reps for each stop at the end line

Round 4- Bear crawl to the end of the second court and backwards run back
We took an easy mosey around the parameter of the courts and headed back to the tables
Back at the tables we ended the workout with: Dips, ‘irkins, ‘derkins, and step ups. 15 reps, 10, and five
We moseyed back to startex and did some Mary: 25 LBCs and flutter kicks.
Some light stretching: Cobra, down dog, and child pose finished the workout
There were no prayer requests or announcements.
