YHC was lucky enough to be invited into the Dean E. Smith Center for Saturday's contest between the UNC Tar Heels and Duke Blue Devils. Fortunately for YHC (and unfortunately for the 21,750 wearing that *other* shade of blue), the Devil's emerged victorious. So, YHC sought to recap and honor the victory on this brisk clear Monday morning. 8 PAX gathered in 38 degree starting temperatures, and we got going.

Mosey to the bottom of the Whitford Drive hill.
One of the keys to the Devils' victory was offensive rebounding. Duke led in 2nd chance scoring, 14-7. With a final score of 62-57, those 7 extra points were crucial. We did a set of 7's on the hill.

Mosey to the front of Cameron Indoor Stadium.

PAX alternated through sets of Dips, Bobby Hurleys (naturally), and Derkins. We did 4 sets of each, with rep counts representing various important numbers for the Devils
– 16: Coach John Scheyer went 16-0 in his first season at Cameron Indoor Stadium
– 18: Saturday was Duke's 18th victory in the Dean E. Smith Center (ok, to be fair, UNC still leads in that building, 20-18)
– 23: Duke earned 23 regular season wins this season
– 14: Duke earned 14 ACC wins this season

Brief Mosey down the stairs to the entrance of Wallace Wade Stadium.

Duke's defense clamped down and held UNC without a field goal for the final 4:20 of the game on Saturday. Defense is played with your legs, so PAX went for that leg burn.

– One man ascended the stairs doing single-leg hops. Change legs at the landing.
– His partner performed AMRAP Merkins at the base of the stairs
– Switch and repeat until the 4:20 minute timer went off

Mosey to the ramp in front of Blue Devil Tower. After a little snafu getting around some construction equipment, PAX found themselves a piece of railing.
