THANG
We painted the lines of the main parking lot, starting on the lower end, bear crawling to the curb, shuffling along the curb and performed 3 merkins, then crawl bear back down the line. Then start the parking space again, for a total of 15 spots. Men were tired, Wile E questioned the capacity of the QIC, but we persevered.

We then headed to the bottom of THWM where we did a core DORA.
1st leg: We started with 100 WWIIs with a partner while running to the gate. Once a pair finished, they ran to the gate and performed squats until recovery.
2nd leg: 200 LBCs with partner running up to the parking lot. Again, once finished, performed squats until recovery.
3rd leg: 300 plank jacks with partner running up to the tree line. Again, squats until recovery.

Final step: Traveling burpees up the main parking lot.

Mary: Circled up, 20 American hammers and 20 Freddie mercuries.

COT: Prayers for Diaper Genie's friend Matt who recently had a bone marrow transplant. Lightweight was vulnerable and asked for prayers for himself. Vulnerability is an overlooked trait as fathers, partners, and leaders. Just as Lightweight was brave and modeled this, so should we in our everyday lives. AYE
