I heard recently that there are 2 types of people. Those in therapy and those who should be in therapy. Before you grab your FSA card and head to some shrink’s office, know that therapy takes many forms. There’s hypnotherapy, equine-assisted psychotherapy, horticulture therapy, wilderness therapy, chess therapy, etc. Yes, chess therapy… look it up. It’s a thing. I opt for F3 therapy. It entails gathering with other men, struggling together to do hard stuff(that I would not do otherwise), encouraging and being encouraged. Oh yeah… we exercise too.
While you may think you know I need therapy; you don’t know the half of it. In the 45 days comprising 2022, I’ve had my worst month of sales in memory, my M is working full time while going to school full time, my dog has cancer, and my daughter had an emergency appendectomy. As I run with perseverance the race marked out for me, fixing my eyes on Jesus, I am thankful for each of your contributions to my F3 therapy.

Core Cornucopia – 6″ Hold before, between and after exercises until “recover” is called. Hello Dolly, Box Cutters, Flutters, Heels to Heaven
Circled up back at the start for Waves of Fire: Low/High Plank Hold as sequentially PAX did 1 Merkin. Continued around again each PAX doing 2 Merkins, then 3. We had to get 5 hand release Burprees as a penalty for poor direction by YHC.
