A chilly V-Day greeted the Farmboys faithful this morning. It was my first Q in over a year so not sure how it would go but somehow muddled through. Here's how it went…

Off to the side parking lot…one couple and one throuple
One PAX runs ~80 yards down the lot and does 10 burpees and then calls his partner down to do 10 burpees. After partner completes 10 run back to the start and do 8 burpees and then call your partner to do 8. Repeat with 6-4-2-4-6-8-10.

Next one PAX bearcrawls the other partner lunge walks. Switch as needed…loop around the parking lot.

Couples have their own thing so each couple called their own exercise which would be done AMRAP while the other partner was the timer who ran to the top of the lot and back. Once both are back 10 partner hand clap merkins. 6 rounds.

One partner does pickle pointers, one does Homer to Marge. Switch 5 times.
