First team to guess the whole phrase wins a prize, losers win burpees!

Winners- Hop on 1 foot
Losers- 5 Burpees

If YES- LBC's x20
If NO- Plank Jacks x 20
Winners- 1 legged plank (they may have done sympathy burpees)
Losers- 5 Burpees
