YHC gave a vague pre-blast with a specific request for the PAX to wear light colored/reflective gear since we'd be traveling, crossing streets and spending a good bit of timing in a commercial parking lot the morning. Everyone decided that it was more important to look cool and wore black anyway – I kid, I kid. But props to Beebe for wearing a nice bright sweatshirt and to PH for rocking the desert camo. Both looked fashionable and visible!

Quick warmup of SSH, Good Mornings, Wille Mays Hayes, Imperial Walkers, Hillbillies, and Arm Circles then we made our way down Garrett Road over to the Hope Valley / Food Lion shopping center.

We traveled vertically down the rows with a called method of travel and then horizontally between the rows with traveling merkins each time.
Row 1 was Lunge Walk
Row 2 was Traveling Burpees
Row 3 was Duck Walk
Row 4 was Wheelbarrow with a partner – switching halfway

Kept same partners for a Dora of 40 pull-ups, 80 dips and 120 LBC's. Partner 1 backwards run up the parking lot and mosey back while partner 2 works on reps, switch, etc.

Back to startex for ascending diamond merkin / bodyweight squats. 1 diamond, 1 squat, 2 diamond, 2 squat…all the way up to 8 of each.
