Since today’s date was all about the twos, we celebrated that by doing two rounds of six exercises, starting with 2, then 4, 6, then 8, then back down to 2. Short run between each group of exercises.
The format was Merkins, Squats, LBCs (cadence), burpee’s, lunges, Russian hammers (cadence). Repeat
Mary:
YHC has been learning some yoga and the PAX were gracious and went along with my limited approach. Then ring of fire, and around the circle for each PAX to lead some Mary.
Prayers to Nighshift and family as they are dealing with severe illness with their dog Maggie.
