With the 262nd meeting and 49th match up where both teams are ranked in the top 10, (24-24 record) upon us, we were going to celebrate and emulate the greatest rivalry in sports.

Ricky Bobby to basketball courts, dribbling the Carolina and Duke branded basketballs (respectively) and pitching ahead as the PAX ran by.
YHC placed 11 Michael Jordan emblazoned cups, to signify the 11 combined NCAA men’s basketball championship trophies earned by UNC and Duke, at mid-court (about 20 yards) between the two groups. We were going to play 3 games (to signify two regular season competitions and a meeting in the ACC Tournament) of a competition where the PAX were told to complete a set number of exercises, then use the prescribed movement to travel to the trophies and push a trophy to the opponents side of the line. Whatever team had the most trophies at the end of the game, was the loser. After 5ish minutes of bear crawling and running, Team Carolina won a narrow victory 6-5….Team Duke's punishment was 10 burpees, while Carolina only had to do 5.
Then we moved on to basketball shooting. We were trying to determine which exercise correlated to the worst field goal %
Each Pax did 5 of the following exercises and then attempted a shot

Burpees
Team Carolina won and chose to have the Dookies do various exercises after each round…
We then moved on to free throw shooting and three point shooting (AMRAP in 30 seconds)…and Carolina won again – hopefully all that Carolina success portends a successful night for the home team Saturday night in Chapel Hill!
