Main Event:

After warming up we did a quick 30 meter mosey to my truck to partner up, grab a coupon block and line up on the library driveway.
DORA: 100 Over Head Press, 100 WWII's, 100 Prisoner Squats
One PAX ran 30 meters to the corner completed one Burpee and returned; switch, keep running count.

In the Interest of time, we were able to get a second-round in. DORA, 100 Curls, LBC's 100, Low Rows 100

No Honey badger workout is complete without a visit to a local parking garage. PAX ran across the street to the parking garage for some bear crawl intervals.
5 Burpees OYO followed by bear crawl up the ramp for 30 meters, rinse and repeat as we made our way up the various levels of the parking deck. I n the interest of time, we returned to Startex for Mary
