8 PAX hit the amusement park just as the gates were opening this morning and got to the front of the line for the Pyramid Ride.

Warm up: SSH x 20, arm circles x 10, good mornings x 10, Willie Mays Hays x 10

The Pyramid Ride was now open for business.
However, what fun is amusement park ride without some classic rock music being played by the sketchy carney running the ride. With my speaker safely secured on top of a cinder block to protect it from any crazed food vender tearing through the parking lot- Meat Loaf’s (RIP) Bat out of Hell album was queued up and away we went.

The Pyramid Ride:

First round x 5, and then 10, 15, 20, 15, 10
After each round- the group split in half and ran to separate areas of the lot and back (covid safety and all).

Junis called out the carney running the show that we did not make it all the way to the bottom of the other side of the pyramid so we did 5 eight count man makers to finish out the day at the park
