-Ankle Taps – Yoga Lady special. Standing, bring your left ankle up and touch it with your right hand and then the other side. Should be a smooth and poetic motion.

-High Plank Toe Touch
-Low Side Plank – back straight, hip up, leg up, knee bent and up.
-Wide Plank – 90 seconds
-Modified Burpee – Single Leg Hinge for balance. Yoga Lady.
