-Standing Jump Squat Twists
-Ascending Welsch Dragons – 3 x Bear Crawl
Ascending Shoulder Taps, J-lo, and Ski Abs

-Sumo Squat Bends. Elbows behind the head, elbows to knees, back straight.

-Ankle Taps – Yoga Lady special. Standing, bring your left ankle up and touch it with your right hand and then the other side. Should be a smooth and poetic motion.

Plank Time

-High Plank Toe Touch
-Low Side Plank – back straight, hip up, leg up, knee bent and up.
-Wide Plank – 90 seconds

-Modified Burpee – Single Leg Hinge for balance. Yoga Lady.

-High Knees for 1 minute.
