After my brother Swamp got into a situation with Covid, I took his place to lead my first workout since starting F3 on a stormy August day in 2021. January 5th, 2022, marked my 20th week of F3. What a coincidence!!! Since I am anti-running or let's say, I hate running, I had to come up with a workout that provides strength and cardio.
We started the warmup with SSH and then WMH, IW, HB, and ended with Arm Circles. PAX went to the wood and got the Coupons, then moved to the upper part of the parking lot by the basketball courts.
We had six stations each with 10 yards of distance from each other. At every station, we had a workout to do as well as the previous stations' workouts. Then we headed back to where we started by taking off the last workout at each station.

A. 5 Seal Burpees
B. 5 Seal burpees + 10 merkins
C. 5 Seal Burpees + 10 merkins + 15 Squat Thruster
D . 5 Seal Burpees + 10 merkins + 15 Squat Thruster + 20 Mountain Climber
E . 5 Seal Burpees + 10 merkins + 15 Squat Thruster + 20 Mountain Climber + 25 WWII (with Coupons)
F . 5 Seal Burpees + 10 merkins + 15 Squat Thruster + 20 Mountain Climber + 25 WWII (with Coupons) + 30 Curls

I tried to have each PAX lead a workout in each station. In total, we did 65 seal burpees, 30 burpees OYO, 100 merkins, 120 squat thrusters, 120, mountain climbers, 100 WWII, and 30 curls.
