Warm up:
30 Cadence SSH, Forward & Reverse Arm Cirlces, Downward Dog stretch. Followed by fellowship jog around HS, high knees, butt kickers, karaoke left & right sides.
The Thang:
PAX picked up 3 sledgehammers, 2 tractor tires & 2 medicine balls above head, carry coupons down the practice field. Once all arrived YHC explained the workout.
In partners, each group 1 minute excerise, then 30 second rest & rotate. Station 1: sledgehammer tractor tires, Station 2: tractor tire thrusters, Station 3: ball toss/merkins/sprints. At completion of round 1, PAX performed 5 group burbees. Then reset for round 2. After completion of round 2, PAX carried coupons back to HS for Mary.
