A lot of PAX got in some Friday EC with both Man Maker and Coupon Ruck options.  YHC opted for Man Makers and lack of blood to the brain during that time prevented exact numbers from transferring to long term memory.

Warm-up mosey+ lap around the Falcon perimeter.

YHC gathered all PAX at the traffic circle and explained protocol for ME.  When it’s you’re birthday, you think about taking it easy, not pushing yourself too hard, etc.  So, YHC decided that we’d only use half the big hill today – hooray 50% less pain!

YHC would call a travel from the traffic circle up to Garrett Rd.  Once you reached Garrett Rd. you performed 10 merkins then mosey’d back down to the track circle and made laps around it until all PAX completed.  Then we regrouped and performed 10 cadence count plank jacks before the next round.  Total we got in 11 rounds:
