Some folks will say things like “you’re only 46 once.” I prefer to think that you’re 46 years of age 365 times. Well, assuming you survive the year. Today was my second go round at being 46. With a workout like this there will be very little mumble chatter, especial at a BC AO. Dem boyz don’t play! As such, we were accompanied by a selection of 90’s alt rock songs. Music does really calm the savage beast, at least when its sung by Gwen Stefani.

Warm up

SSH, windmill, tempo merkins and squats, lap

Modified Coopers: rep counts were 13, 12, 11, 10 each. That’s 46!

  1. Tuck jump Burpees, spider merkins, step back lunges, and Imperial walkers. Lap around the outer parking lot between each round.
  2. Donkey kicks, Dry docks, Bobby Hurley, and Hillbilly. Lap around the inner parking lot between each round.
  3. (IC)Flutters, box cutters, plank jacks, mountain climbers. No laps
