Ascending testicles followed by some moving lunges and bear crawls. Then grab a rock…

Curls, overhead presses then move to a covered area (the Earl was experiencing an odd moment of rain) for skull crushers, plank work and more curls and overhead press. Put the rocks back.

Continue the slow mosey and stop for burpees, moving lunges and plank wall walk.

Return to AO for some Mary; back-to-back in-out planks, jack planks, mountain climbers. Then back to back leg hold, hello dollies, flutter kicks, leg raises
