Picked up a few boot camp style team competition ideas on the inter-web. Playlist inspiration from Yackety Sax last heard with the 2.0 at the not so politically correct chase scene on the train ride at Tweetsie Rail Road. This is what plated in the early gloom while PAX vied for the biggest pile of coupons!

Warm-up:

SSH x 30 IC, LBAC x 10 IC forward and reverse, WMH x 10 IC, Mtn Climbers x 10 IC, calf stretch x 5 IC x each

The Thang:

PAX divided into 2 teams. Sprint up 1 level of parking deck in race to see who can collect the most coupons. 13 total of hockey puck, cinder block, wood block, small brick, 35 lb dumbbell x 2, 8 kg kettle bell, 16 kg kettle bell, sand bucket, salt bucket, small sledge hammer, large sledge hammer, slosh pipe.

Then each team completed exercises corresponding to their coupons. In classy F3 1st F style the “winning” team picked up with the team finishing up to bring in the 6 together.

Here are exercises for 2 rounds:

Next up…”Hot Potato”: PAX circled up and began with air squats while music played on Tabata timer. A tuck jump was passed around in the classic “wave” fashion. The PAX caught with the tuck jump at the end of the interval was “out”. That PAX proceeded to complete 10 burpees and then do LBCs until the 6.

Mary: flutters, LBCs, Freddy mercury, WWIs, Russian hammers, boat/canoe.

COT: Log miles for Run Ranger Run. Prayers for Milton M, Nickelback as he closes in on next Go Ruck.
