As everyone knows, this is the busy time of year for yours truly as I spend my days trying to help out the fat man in the red suit get ready for the 25th. It’s a nonstop grind that has you wishing it was New Year’s Eve already. So this year I thought I would get a little help from my friends to make it go by quicker.

Warmup- 1 lap, 20SSH, 10 good mornings, 10 slow merkins,15 mountain climbers, 15 Imperial walkers

The Thang- just like Santa requires perfection for his toys so have the PAX been perfecting their form all week. This came in handy as we set up stations to knock out tasks for Jolly ole Saint Nick.
Station 1- 10 pull-ups, 10 Swerkins
Station 2- 10 step ups each leg, 15 jump squats
Station 3- 10 drydocks, 15 seal claps
Station 4- 5 Beano Burpees, 10 35lb KB swings
Station 5-“Assembly Line”- carry “presents “ (rocks, 60lb sand bag) up line overhead , crawl bear back OR if presents up top bear crawl up, overhead carry down line. When done everyone switches stations to “help out”, repeat all twice.

Once toys are made the gotta get delivered right?!? So off to soccer field for “Rudolph’s Sleigh Ride”. Groups go to respective corners
1st corner- Merkins of all variety
2nd corner- LBCs and Superman’s
3rd corner- squats and lunges
4th corner-Hammers and planks
5th group starts out with gift bags (35 KB and sandbag) and heads to 2nd corner. Once there they pass on their gifts and do activities for that corner. That corners reindeer then grab presents and continues to next corner and relieves the “working reindeer “ and do that corners activities . Continue on around til all gifts are to there rightful homes. (Or we just run out of time..)

Mary- Since it’s the giving season what better gift than Bushwood tucking us in for our long winter nap with some flutters.

COT- 2nd F event coming up next Friday, Elf suggests we all were our best (or worst) holiday attire.
