The Thang
We don’t usually get much running in at the earl so this workout will be a little different. You need a watch and a little open space.
Start with a 1:30 run/jog. Once you get to two stop and do 19 burpees. Start running again and at the end of 1:30 do 18 merkins. Another 1:30 then 17 air squats. 1:30 16 mtn. climbers. 1:30 15 ww2 sit-ups. 1:30 14 jump lunges. Start over at 1:30 13 burpees and so on until you get to 0. I’m not good at math so I have no idea what this time will equal out to but I heard the number 19 a lot in the news lately so it seemed like a good number to start at and cancel down.

If there is still time at the end lay on your back knock out 50 lbc and if it’s still dark pick a star to wish on and maybe it will come true.

I’ll be running around Powell Place in case you’re in the area hoping not to scare my neighbors and maybe recruiting so once this madness clears up we can meet again.
