Due to circumstances which were partly within my control, YHC had the Q cast upon him after Castaway casted doubt on his availability. but not because he was in a cast or anything serious like that. The usual cast of characters was mostly in attendance with some of our regulars being away. With less than a day’s notice I had to find away to figuratively cast my line into my castle of experience to cast away the fatigue which had settled into the PAX’s weary bones. But this was no democracy. I didn’t allow anyone to cast a vote. It was up to me to cast off all doubts and find away forward.

It ain’t fiction. It’s a natural fact that 10 cones were lined up and spaced out for approximately 50 yards. PAX were instructed to travel forward two cones, then reverse travel one cone, travel forward two cones… etc until done.

Mosey to the cinder block pile and Swiper a block. Overhead carry to the yellow pole thingies (was told it was a bollard. Bollocks to that, I say).
Every PAX and their coupon select a yellow pole thingie of their choice and then is paired up with the PAX to their left. PAX must combine to complete a set of 200 reps with the non-rep PAX traveling.
Set 1: 200 merkins and run the short half of Philbert
Set 2: 200 LBCs and lunge walk through the grass and trees and back
Set 3: Alternate 10 curls/10 overhead presses with travel again around little Philbert.
At this point the PAX are very lucky that there is this thing called time. I had a bunch more devious activities in reserve but chose to stay on schedule.
