Welcome friendly new logs Henry and Delores!

Sometime during the past month, a 100′ Tulip tree fell in Carolina North Forest. It was cut up to clear the path, and two logs (Henry 53 pounds; Delores 55 pounds) have found their way to the edge of the forest where they are readily accessible to the Conjunction Junction crew. They are stashed and waiting for the next Q, along with several cinder blocks, at the edge of the woods by the AO’s meeting point.

Focus on Form
Doing sets with a defined number of reps tends to favor quick and sloppy reps. So today, sets were defined by time, so the focus could remain on form.

BOM: We are entering the gift giving season. Keep in mind that the most treasured gifts are time and attention. We are all given an exactly equal amount of time and attention each day, and we must give it all away at an exactly equal rate. The only variance is in who or what will get your time and attention, and whether you have invested enough in yourself to ensure that the time and attention that you give away is truly valuable to the recipient. Let’s keep a focus on how we invest our most precious gifts. Thanks to the men of Conjunction Junction for your time and attention this morning.
