YHC’s M had been hesitant to head back to the gym, but recently started up again. Her workout of choice: boxing. She’s always throwing punches in the kitchen (not at YHC, of course), which inspired the inclusion of a wee bit o’ boxing in today’s Q.

- Bear crawl to top, “Conor McGregor” x 20 (right kick, left kick, right hook, left hook), run back down, plank jack
- Traveling lunges, Joe Louis x 20 , run down, squats
- Foxhole (WW1, flip, Merkin) traveling plank x 4, Conor McGregor x 20, run down, squats
- Mosey to Credit Union on Main for Johnny Dramas x 20 IC
- Mosey back to Sunbelt Bank for ATM (“cashing checks we just earned” / “depositing our gains”)
- Back to City Hall (thanks to Knope for saving Q from oncoming traffic)
