13 PAX showed up the morning for a classic Rebar beatdown at TBR. It was a beautiful Carolina morning.
Warmup
- SSH x 31 IC

The Thang
- We started with (2) all out sprints for 20 seconds each with 20 seconds of rest between (This was from a Dave Asprey – the Bulletproof Coffee guys’ podcast) – NOTE: Bellhop pulled a hammy on the first sprint and stayed behind at Hooker Fields
- Fellowship jog to the gate of Hooker Fields
- Travel through campus using “Wayward Son” method…which means Ricky Bobby with the sprinting runner to go far enough to knock out 3 burpees before the group catches him
- Stop of the Student Book Store for some crawl bear up the stairs
- Next stop was the ROTC center for tire flips, pull up, dips and an assortment of exercises for PAX not on the ROTC equipment
- Ricky Bobby (regular) back to find Bellhop
- 7 burpees for the 7 letters in Bellhop’s name
- Bear crawl from UNC logo to other UNC logo, pick up the six Potter (2.0) was determined to finish this and did with the help of all PAX
- Sprint to Bellhop, 7 more burpees
- High knee skips across the entire field
- Fellowship lap
