YHC showed up with an FNG in tow on a humid, wet morning.

We briefly waited for another FNG to show up, the disclaimer was given and we began.

Warm Up
SSH x 20
Willie Mays Hays x 10
Good Morning x 10
Arm Circles x 10
Reverse x 10

The PAX moseyed to the playground. YHC enjoys variety in his workouts so the PAX were informed there would be circuits of 3 exercises each, each performed 3 times.

First circuit executed 3 times
Pull ups x 10
Burpees x 10
Circle Run x 1

Mosey to the parking lot for the next set of exercises.

Circuit 2 executed 3 times
Quick Feet / Harlequin shuffle x 20
Slow Merkin x 10
Body Weight Squat x 20

We figure out the Harlequin shuffle is best done as a 4 count not a 3 count. Set #2 went much more smoothly on this exercise.

Mosey to the basketball courts. During the Mosey YHC was informed by @Homes that all single count exercises (i.e. body weight squat) are not in cadence. YHC learned something new today.

Circuit #3 executed 3 times
WWII x 20
Sprint up and back the length of the basketball court
End with BTW and hold for 10 seconds after all PAX finished their run

Mosey to the path.

Final Circuit executed only 2 times due to time constraints
Bench to Bench hill run.
Overhand clap x 20
Lunge x 10.

Mosey back to start.
