YHC was burdened with travel conflicts the last two weeks so it was with great anticipation that 0545 arrived Monday for another Kenan Q. An even dozen PAX convened (three having done an EC jaunt of just under 2.5 miles) to explore Kenan Stadium on a mild morning, the first Kenan beatdown of March.

The Thang:

Warmup: SSH x 20, Willie Mays Hays x 10, windmills x 10, arm circles front and back x 10, Carolina dry dock x 10, merkins x 10.

Into the stadium for a quick run up the circular walkway to the upper deck, then back down and circle up in the northwest corner for three sets of merkins x 10 and LBC x 10.

Then to the southwest corner, circle up for three sets of Carolina dry docks and Freddie Mercurys x 10 each. On to the southeast corner, detouring to run up both circular walkways on the south side of the stadium. One set of 15 dips on the benches, then walking lunge to the northeast corner. One more set of 15 dips, then down to the field.

From there we ran the steps for approximately 20 minutes and wrapped it up with one interval circuit around the field, running the length and walking the width.

Time for Three Minutes of Mary with Heels to Heavens and more Freddie Mercurys.

Great to see Hux and Vandelay posting at Kenan after extending absences for this A.O.
